How can I contact HomeworkHub?

To contact HomeworkHub you need to fill out our contact form. This can be found on the main menu bar across the top of the screen.

What browser should I use for HomeworkHub?

We recommend using the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. You can use other browsers however we cannot ensure HomeworkHub will be fully compatible.

HomeworkHub is a Social Enterprise. What does this mean?

A social Enterprise is an organisation which prioritises societal benefits over profit generation. Any profit we make is re-invested back into HomeworkHub. For a full definition from Social Enterprise London click here.

How do I subscribe?

The schools subscription process is completly online based. To subscribe please go to the sign up area available from the main menu at the top of the screen. If you would like more information please feel free to contact us via our contact form.

How much does a subscription cost?

Subscription costs vary depending on the length of subscription you choose. To apply for a price list please click here.

How long does a subscription last?

You can subscribe to HomeworkHub with a one, two or three year subscription

Who has written the guidance on HomeworkHub?

All of the guidance you find on HomeworkHub has be written by qualified teachers from local schools.

FAQ's for Parents

How can I get access to HomeworkHub?

To be able to use HomeworkHub, your child's school must have an active subscription with us. If you are unsure if your child's school has a subscription with us, click here to ask us.

How do I sign up to start using HomeworkHub?

To sign up with HomeworkHub you must have a unique code which will be sent to you by your child's school. Once you have your unique code, click sign up on the main menu and fill in your details.

I do not have my unique code, what should I do?

If you know you child's school has an active subscription with HomeworkHub but you have not received a unique code to sign up with, please contact us and we will send you the code.

My school doesn't have a subscription, what should I do?

If your child's school does not have a subscription with HomeworkHub and you would like access to the service, please go to our Get My School Involved page and let us know! We will do our best to get your child's school on board.
